#2. Do you need access to power and water?
We do not need access to power or water. Our unique, fully self-contained detailing van contain everything we need to perform your service.
#3. Where do I park my vehicle?
For services at home, just leave your car in the driveway. Our technician will place our wash reclamation mat at a convenient location in your neighborhood – most likely on the street or in your driveway. If you have a preference, please let us know when scheduling. For services at work, park where your office administrator has designated. If we are new to your office, please let us know where you parked on your key drop envelope. For example: “Back lot, last row, left corner if looking away from building”
#4. How long does the service take?
Spiffy mobile service completion times vary by size of vehicle, condition of vehicle and service selected. The forecasted work time per service is as follows:
#1 Just-A-Wash: 30-60 minutes
#2 Spiffy: 45-90 minutes
#3 Spiffy & Shine: 1-2 hours
#4 Awesome Detail: 2–3 hours
#5 Totally Awesome Detail: 3-5 hours
If you have your vehicle serviced at home it normally takes 15 minute to set up and 15 minutes to pack up our equipment. If you have your vehicle serviced at a commercial location – office park, parking deck, etc. your key pick-up times and key return times may be extended for a variety of operational reasons.
#5. Can I get my car back at a certain time?
When you schedule your service please let our scheduling team know by sending us a message in the Spiffy app or our website. Spiffy can accommodate most client requests.
#6. What is Spiffy’s tipping policy?
Many on-demand services pre-add a tip to your invoice. We don’t do that at Spiffy because tipping is optional and entered AFTER the service is complete in our App or via the website. Some customers tip our technicians in cash, which is also fine.
