  • First-time franchisee born and raised in the Cincinnati area. She began her career in toxicology research for Beauty Care, moved into Quality Assurance roles in pharmaceuticals, and landed in Data Governance & Regulatory Compliance roles in the medical device industry five years ago.
  • Bethany serves as the Mentorship Lead for an ERG called WISE (Women In Science and Engineering) and advocates for diverse perspectives as a catalyst for innovation and organizational success. She regularly hosts employee events, speaking about Mentorship for employees in her organization, where she co-founded a Mentorship program that will be franchised across the divisions to over 43,000 employees globally.
